After spending 28 years as a Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer coaching and mentoring people on how to make both physical and emotional transformations of their bodies and lives, she underwent a major life and family crisis. After navigating herself and her family through that process she now shares those lessons with others. Marsha’s deepest passion is to help others not feel alone or isolated and to let go of shame, blame and guilt while learning to care for themselves in the middle of chaos.
