Welcome

a
whole

year
of
the
Intentional
Optimists
Unconventional
Leaders
Podcast.
We
have
an
amazing
year
planned
for
you.
Over
the
past
year
and
a
half,
I
can't
believe
it's
been
that
long,
and
a
whole
66
episodes,
we've
interviewed
some
amazing
unconventional
leaders.
I've
taught
from
the
tenets
of
intentional
optimism,
and
I've
shared
a
good
bit
of
my
own
story
through
my
interviews
with
other
podcasters.
And
through
it
all,
we
have
learned
so
much.
And
based
on
what
we've
learned,
we're
expanding
things
a
bit
as
we
head
into
2022.
Now
the
basic
premise
will
stay
the
same:
to
share
the
stories
of
more
unconventional
leaders
so
that
each
one
of
you
may
hear
a
story
that
resonates,
awakening
the
unconventional
leader
in
your
own
heart.
And
as
we
move
forward,
though,
we'll
be
interviewing
even
more
leaders
and
then
facilitating
discussions
about
the
topics
they
bring
up.
We're
focusing
even
more
on
what
it
means
to
step
out
into
entrepreneurship
and
leaders
who
have
done
just
that.
So
as
you
listen,
think
about
whether
or
not
you
are
heading
into
the
entrepreneur
space
and
how
you'd
like
your
life
to
look
different
by
the
end
of
2022.
Because
this
is
the
perfect
time
to
make
some
changes,
and
I'm
hopeful

the
person

fulfill

mission

achieve
those
goals
fueled

that

because
that
person,
she
can
accomplish
all
of
it
with
ease.
