Former drag car racer, Michelle Eberhard was the youngest women executive leader in the tech world at 22.  Michelle’s journey has always focused on her fears to continuously push her boundaries and as a serial entrepreneur founded the Fear Battle Series.  Finding a ‘fun’ way to look at business she ‘gamified’ the process of starting a business.  Currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Ultimate Business Quest the goal is to support entrepreneurs at each level of their business.  She believes each business and person needs to understand their "why". Implementing internal awareness and putting drive, passion, and knowledge into action. Planning will only get you so far if you do not overcome your fear of failure or success.
