After surviving adversity in many forms: domestic abuse, divorce and illness, her mission is to empower people to turn their adversity into fuel for personal transformation. She shares the shortcuts from heartache to healing. Sonia integrates the wisdom acquired through her personal journey along with her professional experience as an advocate speaker and empowerment trainer.
